The company we source from is name “Sacchi Tartufi”, which Google tells us means ‘bag of truffles’—- which is a great description for this Goat cheese. This raw-milk, aged Goat cheese has the complexity and profile of a Spanish Manchego with a delicious truffle punch! Aged 3-6 months.
