Three layers of rich, dark chocolate sponge filled with roasted peanuts, salted caramel, and chocolate meringue buttercream. Finished with chocolate ganache.

Celebration Cake

Three layers of vanilla and confetti sponge filled with vanilla meringue buttercream. Topped with a thin layer of buttercream and garnished with popping candy, sprinkles, and candy pieces.

A Night In The Tropics

Three layers of ginger- pineapple sponge cake soaked with spiced rum syrup and filled with lime leaf curd. Topped with a thin layer of coconut buttercream and garnished with latik (fried coconut).

Farmers Market

Three layers of olive oil sponge filled with fresh fruit compote and topped with seasonal buttercream and fresh fruit. (Subject to change with seasonal availability. Please check specials menu for current flavors.) +$10

Starry Night

Three layers of rich, dark chocolate sponge filled with chocolate ganache and vanilla-chocolate chip buttercream. Topped with a thin layer of black chocolate buttercream and white chocolate.

Buche de Noel (Seasonal)

Light, thin vanilla sponge rolled with raspberry jam and chocolate meringue buttercream. The cake is cut and garnished to look like a snow-covered log with meringue mushrooms, marzipan holly, and powdered sugar.

Our cakes are generally decorated in our simple, rustic style with minimal to no garnishes. Extra garnishes can be added for an additional charge as listed below.

Ordering & Delivery

Cake orders are accepted with a minimum advance notice of 48 hours. Orders for 10″ cakes or larger must be placed at least 72 hours in advance. Delivery price varies based on travel distance and can be quoted once we receive your order request. We cannot guarantee or hold any availability or delivery times until we have obtained a 50% deposit for your order.


Cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24-72 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. We are unable to accept cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Ingredient Sensitivities

We offer a selection of cupcakes, cakes and other treats made with gluten-free ingredients. However, as we bake our gluten-free treats in the same kitchen with those that do contain gluten, we cannot certify them as gluten-free. We also offer dairy-free and vegan baked goods, as well as bakes free of refined sugars. All of our cakes can be made with gluten-free flour for an additional cost: $7 for 6” and 8” cakes, and $12 for 10”, and $17 for 12” and 15” cakes. We can make any of our cakes without the alcoholic soak on request. If you have any food allergies or sensitivities, please speak with me about our ingredients before placing your order.

"I hired Kaitlyn to make my daughter a themed birthday cake. We were absolutely blown away by her creation! Not only did the cake taste amazing (caramel frosting!) but when she brought it in my daughter’s jaw dropped. Kaitlyn had created a Rapunzel tower out of fondant, candy and modeling chocolate. It looked straight out of the movie! We were so impressed that I hired her again for my sister’s baby shower, which was Toy Story themed. The decorations again did not disappoint — the attention to detail was incredible! And the red velvet cake was moist and delicious."
